Job Description 职位描述
1.The intensive 3-year entry-level development program requiring 3 rotational assignments in different roles, which cover different functions, regions and customers in China.
2.You will be responsible for work that is less defined in scope, utilize your understanding and experience to execute business objectives, and having the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.
3.Leading beyond the simple selling of products and services, program graduates master the ability to provide wing-to-wing solutions and add value for both Otis and its customers.
4.The program will offer you training; mentoring and exposure to different functions, diverse projects personalized mentoring as well as engagement with our management team.
5.You will participate in a highly interactive and action-based learning curriculum. The content of this curriculum will be designed to build your knowledge of our core business systems, develop your business acumen, and create a strong foundation for your functional and leadership skills, establish a long-term career.

1.Master or bachelor’s degree in any discipline in China or overseas.
2.Final year student or recent graduate with no more than one-year full-time working experience.
3.Strong desire to lead a team that runs a multimillion-dollar, industry-leading branch operation.
4.Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communications skills.
5.Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex information.
6.Well organized, diligent, self-motivated & creative.

1. 在Trainee职位任职期间,负责协助总部职能部门现场技术支持工作及配合分公司服务主管进行服务技师的管理;
2. 培养并发展服务工地技术力量,不断提高服务质量;
3. 协助制定拜访计划并按照计划定期对客户进行拜访
4. 协助开展公司内所有电梯及自动扶梯产品的销售,修理及保养业务;
5. 执行销售计划,并按计划定期与客户接触、谈判及合同的签订;
6. 定期维护服务销售平台系统中的相关数据;
7. 创造效益,完成公司目标和各方面的要求。
Qualification Required 资质要求 & Language/Skill语言要求/技能要求
1. 本科以上学历,CET-4以上,熟练的英语听说读写能力;
2. 良好的学习能力、沟通能力及团队合作能力,较强的人际交往能力;
